I cannot decide which one is worse...I'm sure as a Malaysian, we all know that Screamyx is the worse broadband service ever...
Especially when your line goes down, you call the tech supportidio people and they ask you:

wth.. i think streamyx is better... i cant even finish readin dat email fr AT&T.
Truthfully agreed with Marshall, I am too lazy to read the email. Why they can't be straight-forward enough to answer the question with 1-2 lines and full stop? LOL...
Read two pages full of words only get the point:" Yes AT&T will charge you." haha.
I feel the email was totally redundant,I'm not sure if i got the details right also haha
I guess being TOO detailed also not good haha.
