Disenchanted @ Work

I must to rant about those people with no workplace ethics.

I lost RM12,000 sales because of this person.

This particular person has already 'ate' two of my laptop sales last month, ok no sweat, i was having finals, i wasn't working, go ahead, enjoy your meal!

Today, i asked my colleague to stand in awhile (her shift had already ended) so i could go to the toilet.

Worse, when i came back she was serving my customer who was ready to buy under my previous consultation.

I interjected and the customer could recognize me, knew she had consulted with me. But what does my colleague do?

My colleague ignores that fact, and continues as if the sales rightfully belongs to her.

Great.

I'm royally pissed.

I don't mind sales, but i loath the fact that colleague didn't have the grace and consideration to relinquish the right back to me. She just totally ignored the fact like it never existed anyway.

Worse is,

I can't do anything about it, i can't change the fact.

I'm god damned pissed with people with no workplace ethics.

On top of that,

My boyfriend is her good friend, and he is actually SIDING her.

By his words,

"Aiya cannot do anything one la. Is liddat one, what to do?."

I know cannot do anything, but no comfort, no nothing even if I'm plainly distressed? A big thank you for being so supportive of girlfriends. *To think i was near to creating organizational hell when idiots from other outlets tried to cart off his sales...* You could at least have pretended you cared.

I have learnt my lesson today.

Trust no one, and rely on no one. We are all alone in this forsaken world.

Ok...got that out of my system. Continue life as usual.

Sigh...
